I have such a strong passion for this industry and as well as my formal qualifications I have spent thousands of hours maintaining CPD to ensure I am always up to date with the latest treatments and expert knowledge to pass on to you.

I started out in hairdressing- a job I loved because of the transformative and uplifting affect the right hair style can have on a person.

I have always been keen to learn and became interested in Beauty Therapy as lots of my clients were going to salons that made them feel uncomfortable. I was looking at ways to diversify my business and it made sense to train in up and coming treatments.

My passion and enthusiasm for all things hair and beauty led me into teaching in Further Education colleges which I did for almost 20 years.

Eleven of those years were spent working at Senior Lecturer level, building up an award winning college hair and beauty department.

I dreamt of having my own academy for a long time, and when the opportunity came up in 2020 I had to take a leap of faith, giving up my stable full time job to go it alone.

It is the best thing I ever did!
